Aiming for improved equality (and equity) of care for EVERYONE.
Our mission aligns with our reason for existence and the gap in equality of healthcare across both groups of people, as well as individuals.
We aspire to drive equality in access; diagnosis; treatment and ongoing support for EVERY patient requiring healthcare services.
Phase I
In our initial phase of delivery. we're looking to make our services available to support patients across 5 key areas of health:
1. Cardiovascular (Heart and blood circulation)
2. Respiratory (Lungs and breathing)
3. Oncology (Cancer)
4. Mental Health
5. Emergency care

- Accurate diagnosis of the condition is provided in a clear understood way
- HCP-Patient communication improvement
- Medication consultation ensuring prescribing errors are removed from practice
- Ongoing care, support and optimisation is prioritised
